Hi, I'm Ray Armand, a Chartered Accountant with a Master's in Finance.

I started my career at Deloitte and PwC, then spent the last decade building my own accounting practice. In that time I sat across the table from hundreds of business owners. Most of them were doing well on paper but still felt anxious about money. Their businesses were profitable, but they couldn't see where the cash went, couldn't plan with confidence, and weren't building any real wealth for themselves.

In March 2026 I sold my practice so I could work on that problem directly. Zuzo is the result. It brings together the tools and routines I use with clients: understanding your profit, giving every pound a job, forecasting your cash, and growing your personal wealth.

I'm not writing from an ivory tower: I'm a mum of four, I still run several businesses, and I know what it's like to juggle school runs, payroll, VAT deadlines and family life all at once. I built Zuzo for owners like me, who are busy and capable and want their money sorted without becoming accountants themselves.
